OT - Canadian Thanksgiving today

Got a turkey on the BBQ for Thanksgiving dinner tonight. Did it this way last year and it turned out great. Smoked it for the last few hours - so good! Happy Thanksgiving to any other Canadians on here!

    I've never done a turkey on a grill, I need to try that. I did smoke a whole chicken on the grill and that was delicious so it sounds great.

    It is really good. Stays nice and moist and adds a nice smoke flavour to the meat and the vegetables. I will never go back to cooking one in the oven.
